Who are Ohayami Trans?

Ohayami Trans is a local company that seeks to promote Cordilleran culture, employment, and tourism. Far from the impression people get from its name, Ohayami is not a Japanese word, but actually refers to the last name of the company’s native Ifugao owner. Its employees are mostly Ifugaos, supporting the livelihood of locals. Ohayami understands and appreciates the complexity and beauty of Cordillera, and it is an experience that it wants to share with its passengers.

This bus company is among the few bus lines to ply the Manila-Banaue route. It has provided a gateway not just for tourists to see the cool and scenic mountains in the North, but for Cordillerans to export their products to various cities as well. Ohayami Trans raises the banner of local pride, quality, premium service, safety, and comfort.

Ohayami Trans Bus Fleet

  • Charter: Charter trips are customized to fit the client’s itinerary. Pick-up and drop-off can be arranged at specific destinations, and passengers can be shuttled throughout their trip. For family or group trips, this is a convenient option to get around Cordillera without worrying about transportation.

  • Coaster: Coaster buses allow for 19 seats – 16 are reclining seats while 3 are jump seats. Since travel to Cordillera usually lasts for several hours, this bus ensures optimum space and comfort.

  • Regular: Regular buses can accommodate up to 45 passengers. There are big compartments for passengers’ baggage. Even with a 45-seating capacity, regular buses still have enough space for a comfortable travel experience.
