Open-Air
The budget-friendly option with basic seating and restroom access. While not air-conditioned, the natural sea breeze makes for a refreshing trip. This class also includes a 10kg baggage allowance and is popular with travelers who prefer natural ventilation.
Port Information
The OceanJet terminal at Getafe Port is located along the main coastal road in Getafe town, northern Bohol. You can reach it from Tagbilaran or Panglao by private car (about 1.5 hours) or from Tubigon by public transport (30-45 minutes).
Pier 1 in Cebu is centrally located near downtown, within walking distance from historic attractions and close to SM City Cebu. Taxis and Grab services are readily available, taking 10-15 minutes to downtown or 25-30 minutes to the Mactan area.

Your booking will be confirmed 1-3 days before departure. You’ll receive an email with your Ocean Jet booking code (e-ticket numbers).
Please arrive at the OceanJet counter at least 1 hour before boarding time. You’ll need to show your e-ticket numbers for each passenger, not the booking ID. The counter is located on the pier.
Bring your ID for security check and your digital ticket voucher (no printed copy needed). Minors aged 2-11 must present a birth certificate or ID showing their date of birth.
Tourist Class and Open-Air passengers get 10kg free baggage allowance. Business Class passengers enjoy 20kg allowance plus a trolley bag up to 130cm in total dimensions. Additional baggage incurs extra charges.
No refunds or changes are allowed once tickets are issued. Tickets can only be modified at the Ocean Jet terminal/ticketing office, subject to their policy.
Getafe Port offers basic amenities like ticket counters, seating areas, small eateries, restrooms, and parking. Pier 1 Cebu provides modern facilities including waiting lounges, restrooms, convenience stores, ticket counters, ATMs, and food stalls.
