The seats are sufficiently spacious with cushioning for head and neck support and decent legroom for a pleasant journey. Convenience is assured with male and female restrooms available on both the right and left sections of the vessel. Passengers get a 10kg baggage allowance.
OceanJet Cebu to Surigao FAQ
Your booking will be confirmed 1-3 days before departure. You’ll receive an email with your Ocean Jet booking code (e-ticket numbers).
Please arrive at the OceanJet counter at least 1 hour before boarding time. You’ll need to show your e-ticket numbers for each passenger, not the booking ID. The counter is located on the pier.
Bring your ID for security check and your digital ticket voucher (no printed copy needed). Minors aged 2-11 must present a birth certificate or ID showing their date of birth.
Tourist Class passengers get 10kg free baggage allowance. Business Class passengers enjoy 20kg allowance plus a trolley bag up to 130cm in total dimensions. Additional baggage incurs extra charges.
No refunds or changes are allowed once tickets are issued. Tickets can only be modified at the Ocean Jet terminal/ticketing office, subject to their policy.
