The 100-kilometer journey typically takes 2-3 hours, depending on traffic conditions and your final destination in Metro Manila. Travel times may be longer during rush hours (6:00-9:00 AM and 4:00-8:00 PM) and peak seasons.

For most operators, passengers are allowed 7 kg of hand luggage. ALPS The Bus allows up to 7 kg free baggage allowance, with any excess charged accordingly. Ceres Transport allows a 20 kg bag plus 7 kg hand luggage per passenger.

Children aged 1-5 years old can travel free if seated on a parent’s lap (ALPS The Bus policy). Each paying adult can only have one free child. Children occupying their own seats must pay the full fare.

When booking through Bustickets.ph, refund policies vary by operator. Ceres Transport has a no-refund policy. For ALPS The Bus bookings made through Bustickets.ph, you can get a 100% refund including fee (if cancelled more than 60 hours before departure) or 50% refund excluding fee (if cancelled more than 48 hours before departure). Refund policies may differ for tickets purchased directly at terminals.
