Victory Liner operates more than 900 buses to and from Metro Manila. They have three distinct classes for passengers to choose from.

First Class: First class buses have more leg room and are equipped with reclining seats. These buses have a 2×1 seating configuration, which provides for a more spacious arrangement. First class passengers get a free newspaper, snacks, and access to a water closet on board. This bus is likewise equipped with individual monitors for on-board entertainment. An on-board toilet is also available. There is no stopover for first-class buses, allowing passengers to arrive at their destinations faster.

Deluxe: Deluxe buses have a spacious 2×2 seating layout. It has a relatively wide legroom and an on-board toilet. There is a bus stewardess for passenger assistance and complimentary snacks are provided for all. The Deluxe does not have the individual entertainment system, but it has USB charging ports for your phones. Just like the First Class bus, Deluxe buses offer point to point service.

Ordinary: The Ordinary buses are more affordable, but can take longer due to bus stops. It has a 3×2 seating configuration, which means more passengers are expected to be accommodated. There are 3 to five designated stops, depending on the destination.

Victory Liner has two main terminals in Metro Manila, located in Pasay and Cubao. In Pasay, the terminal address is at 712 EDSA, Brgy. 143, Pasay City, while the Cubao terminal is situated at 683 EDSA, Cubao, Quezon City.

The length of the trip will depend on your destination. If you plan to travel to Baguio, Victory Liner First Class and Deluxe buses can take you there in at least 5 hours. Trips with First Class and Deluxe buses are cut shorter because these provide point-to-point services.
These are estimates of travel time from Manila to various destinations. Please note that these would vary, depending on the route taken, bus type, traffic conditions, the number of stops, among others.

- Manila to Dagupan – 6 to 8 hours
