Because reservations are not yet available, you may need to board the bus from the bus terminals to secure a seat. Buses may no longer make stops at bus stop stations along the way if they are already full.

The Baliwag Transit Bus Station in Cubao, Quezon City can be accessed by city bus and train services via metro and light rail (MRT and LRT) if you opt not to take a cab.

From the north, ride a southbound bus to Baclaran or Ayala. From the south, coming from EDSA, you may take a bus going north to Monumento or Fairview. Look for the “Cubao Ibabaw” signboard. Or take the MRT from either direction (also applies if leaving Makati for Cubao) and get off at the Araneta Center Cubao Station. The Cubao Terminal of Baliwag Transit is a 15 minute walk from there.

Coming from the Rector/Quiapo area in Manila, you may take the LRT Purple Line and get off at Cubao Terminal.

Fare is from US$2 from Baliuag, Bulacan (about 30 miles from mile marker 0) to US$7 for mile marker 100 in Nueva Ecija. Discounts of 20% are given to elderly citizens (60 years old and above) and students provided they show ID.

Travel time ranges from half an hour to 3 hours at mile marker 100. Depending on traffic going out of or coming into Cubao and Gracepark, and the frequency of passengers getting on and off the bus along the way, travel time can easily take up twice as long as expected.

Buses at full seating capacity normally make point-to-point trips. Long wait times may be expected as buses make stops at Baliwag Transit’s bus terminals along the route.

Depending on the COVID alert level in the city/town you are entering, you may need to show a vaccine certificate. Children below a certain age may not be permitted to travel, but as restrictions ease, young children below 12 may be allowed to board the bus provided they are accompanied by adults.

Small to medium pets may be allowed in the bus beside the passenger (with corresponding fare equivalent to one passenger) as long as they are muzzled, diapered and placed inside their cage or pet carrier.

At present, Baliwag Transit is not accepting shipment of cargo or parcels for security reasons.

Yes, the company accepts requests for private bookings. Especially for large groups, special trips may be arranged with the company for your comfort and convenience.
